This guy first tried to rip off dnforum by starting dnforum.ca and now he is stealing content from other websites and posting it on his forum and bashing my domains value. I did not authorize him to post my domain on his forum, can I file a complaint against his company?

I asked him to remove my domain and he emails me with:

Sue me.

Sent from my iPhone.

Why not do the same with some of his domains that he owns?

If you do not wish to go to that level, what I would do is file a monetary claim in small claims court to show him you're not playing around.

Adding onto my last point... I doubt you'll actually have to appear in court over this. I don't consider it to be logical to go to the effort of going to the courthouse over a simple blog posting.

King, to be more specific, this guy at one point owned d n f dot ca, a common abbreviation of "dnforum", and tried to build his own forum serving an identical purpose to this site.

Adam then sued him for it and made the guy pay.

Dnforum.ca once had a different owner, but then Adam got his hands on it and it's served a very useful purpose for people like me who are largely into .ca domains so I simply have to type in www.dnforum.ca to get to what I'm looking for.
