I have to question what someone is thinking when that list something like this on ebay? Do they think that someone will actully buy it or do they have nothing better to do with the buck ot two it cost to list on ebay?

POWERFUL BRANDABLE DOMAIN! RULE the INDUSTRY! VALUABLE

Wow I just went throught the domain section of ebay, I guess they are all smoking something.

Maybe someone will like the domain and the buzz and offer him a few hundred bucks or something? I was thinking thats the idea. The guy has 64 positive feedbacks after all.

Btw, do you think his description looks good? I was going to list a few domains on ebay and trying to learn whats the best way to list it there :)

I have to agree. I never buy domains or websites from eBay anymore. There is a lot of crap you have to wade through to find something decent. It's not worth it.

I think if you list a really high price on ebay you get more exposure, users can search the listings by 'highest price first', so more people will see the name. Normally you'd expect to see really good stuff at higher prices. I guess the seller is hoping for someone to say "I can't pay 400k but i'm interested in the name for x,xxx."

Check out this guy, youtube and google TM domains, even using photos of youtube and google logos. He has about 8 of these TM auctions going, at a million each.

alot of people are sleeping on ebay.
Just dont go out and reg crappy names.
I've sold several $XXX names there with
the highest being $2700, so you may be
a get a good roi, less the listing fees.

Highest priced names listed on Ebay always
gets the most visitors, closely followed by
"ending soonest", it would make alot of since
to try listing a mini portfolio with the most
generic name in the title. We've discussed this
before on another forum and it works.

Btw, did egym, com ever sell for XX,XXX?
