I've found in another post this website:
which allow you to see your domains' value (however it has some fails, like for example valuating Yahoo but not google, etc.) It values sex.com for about 3,100 $, which is illogical, as you know.
However, I've thought that it could be interesting to setup a website like this to check your domains' prices. What things do you think I should consider when valuating domains? Please also post how much you will pay for each thing, for example:
- TLD (100% for com, 80% for .net, 60% for .org...)
- Extension (more extension, less value).
- Links.
- Google PageRank.
- Age of the site (older, higher value).
