By the way, schools are funded by local and state taxes not by federal income tax which is the tax that needs to be cut.

Its a trickle down effect. They cut taxes it decreases the funds which are sent to the states.

the double taxation on business owners of small corp's is about too change as per Bush's speach today. I see this as a long waited need in taxation policy change.
