What do you think the lowest sale amount would be for a not so good three letter .com with like a letter Z in it?

Scarcity doesn't make the name more valuable. Unless it has traffic I would say that you could probably could end up passing it off to someone on the forum for a reasonable price $XXX. I would rather buy a good combination in another extension than waste it on a crappy .com
