Not a lawyer so take my advice for what it's worth. There are five live marks covering the following goods or services:

1. Refrigeration equipment, namely, food and beverage chilling units
2. Educational services, namely, providing coursework, classes, seminars, symposia, and workshops for real estate professionals, tradespeople, instructors, and inspectors in the fields of energy, environmental systems, home improvement, property development, real estate, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, photovoltaic systems; and distribution of course material in connection therewith
3. Aggregate, namely, coal combustion by-products sold as a bulk good, for concrete manufacture, landscaping, grading, and other similar uses
4. computer-controlled thermal plotters.
5. specialized pest extermination services rendered for specific markets.

What this says is you'll need to monetize the domain so it doesn't overlap these areas. It also says you won't want to park the domain as parking -- in some cases -- has been judged not a bona fide offering of goods or service. [Note: This is a grievously erroneous logic as highway billboards should likewise be subject to immediate seizure.]

And, to state the obvious, you clearly would not want to attempt to resell to a TM holder. Given this, you're probably okay to buy and monetize (or leave undeveloped). As this is just my understanding, depending on what you're spending, it might make sense to get legal confirmation of above.

Cheers,
BidNo
