Hi all i can't find a Trademark on Highway code so i think i'm in the clear, can anyone who's up on UK trademarks and copyrights just double check it for me as i have just regged it.

I'm seriously considering developing this bad boy! It's a bit long but if i could get every driving centre in the uk using it as a free guide on the move it could, i think become quite lucritive with driving instructors advertising on it and things like that! All i would need to do is charge a per month fee to list their phone number on it and bobs your uncle!

What do you reckon guys?

Can't find any TM relating to it - only had a two minute look but there doesn't seem to be anything even close. Nice pick up if it's clear - does the US have something similar, I didn't check US TMs?

I've got privateplate.mobi - I once nearly bought M3 MUM and M3 DAD for a grand just when my eldest was born, but I got gazzumped, bas*ard! I had an M3 at the time too....ended up buying M30 WOW and spaced it to read M3 0 WOW - got pulled a few times 'cos of the plate.

I own one on retention lol. we are closet number plateist's too lol
It's S1LLT
Looks better than that as 1 appears as l on a plate.
It's as close to 'S1LLY' as you can get without paying £50k

I bought mine a few months ago now for my merc, CIA *** All my initials! NICE! Irish plate but it was perfect for me! My best and most ingenious one that even the DVLA didn't spot was S15TUR! Only two ways to spell sister on your car, S15TER and S15TUR!!! Bought it for £250 and sold it for loads more can't remember now! But i was well chuffed! My mondeo had one of my rubbish ones on though, N9UDE!!! Cheesy but unmissable!!!! LOL!
