My thought too. I don't see how anyone is going to make money from that domain - and that will severely limit the interest any buyer would have in it.

tolls? like what, for an easy pass. I don't see much here.

I would perhaps expect to find a site listing all the toll roads in the United States and how much they charge, perhaps accompanied by photos of some of the toll booths, scans of toll tickets, etc... perhaps maintained by a hobbyist with an obsessive interest in that sort of thing. As a commercial site it doesn't make much sense, though. But when you get away from the "how much money is it worth?" aspect as the only measure of value, I happen to think that the presense of obsessive-compulsive "labor-of-love" sites is one of the great things about the Internet.
