Tool to replace Overture

i use myovt and drt with about 4000 ( not sure if that many are nessecary ) proxy servers it doenst seem to miss a beat. as for alternatives to overture, i've played a bit with keyword discovery , its decent.

Last year the KeywordDiscovery free version was only showing a dozen of results and not 100. Thanks for the info dcristo.
Then please better use directly the free version at KeywordDiscovery, because we are no offering anything extra there is no reason to use our tool (we will save money).

MyOvt and KeywordScript both I think are using the Overture feed.
So if you are looking for an alternate method to check search popularity when the OVT tool is convulsed or down then it has absolutely no interest because these tools will also be in the same state.

By the way, probably someone will come here and will also speak about WordTracker. For info Trellian (KeywordDiscovery) has really much more data, and this is very visible when you search the popularity of no very popular terms.

I think KeywordDiscovery saw an opportunity when Overture was going downhill with all the downtime, and so improved their free keyword tool. I agree, it's better then using Wordtracker.

is just a simple php script checking overture. if overture goes down, eovt won't work anymore.

I completely forgot about this program I had designed 2 years ago.

I call it "OSearch" and it not only logs into Overture's suggestion tool, but downloads your search results into the program, and allows you to automatically generate ".com" versions of the search terms. For example: If you search for "car", it will bring back the amount of searches for "car", but the whole Overture search list with the results on all the search terms that included "car" - such as "car loans" "car insurance" "new car" "used car" etc. Then it will convert those terms into ".coms" which allows you to copy the search terms with the .com and paste them into a bulk search tool for domain availability, such as those found on Fabulous and Moniker.

OSearch also has a text feature that allows the search terms to be automatically placed within a text content you write, so you load your content up with common search terms according to your overture search. It's point and click.

Not sure how to proceed with making this program available to everyone... I created it, I have the rights to it, I use it all the time but have overlooked how it can help domainers everywhere find and use the data pulled from OV.

I welcome PM's from anyone interested in helping me make this program available - willing to share it with all. Small price? Partners? Anyone interested, feel free to buzz me.

It is just scrapping off Overture. If Overture doesn't work..none of the above sites will work.

The version you are using does not show the date. These are the same results from another version I have that shows the date of January 2007.
