Could one be implemented?

Some threads get very long vertically - it would be nice to have quick access to the top navigation

but if gregr wants to know how to implement a top of page button then i can provide the code needed to go into the vbulletin footer template.

Works every time!

So does a scrolling wheel mouse. You can even get an optical mouse with scroll (Microsoft) for only $20 now.
