Nice as far as it goes but there is no real content. I am not sure how commercial a subject this is either but I am not Jewish. At the minimum, you need to slave over giving it some real, unique articles and useful information that takes more than 30 seconds to look at. Maybe answer your own questions for a start. I'd hold the advertising down a bit at first if your goal is something beyond an above average parking page. The graphics are nice though and that is a start. How about a forum? Simple Machines offers very adaptable and highly functional forums for free. Granted, forums don't start themselves.
