I have a mate who owns the website invisionplus.net, he's recently made up some terms of service. He's now been contacted by another site to say if he doesnt take them down then he'll be sued could someone have a look over them and tell me what you think?

His Link: http://www.invisionplus.net/tos.html

Other Sites Link: http://ipbfree.com/index1.php?do=tos

Cheers for your help,
Latic

Assuming that your friend didn't upload from the other site (leaving a trail) and then change it to suit his purposes I can't see anything to worry about on a brief look.

Most Tos's look the same anyways. I don't anything wrong with it. Even if your friend used some of their tos, I can't see why they would care.
