I need a beginner advice how much a domain can cost, and how to do a better project

This is a two word brandable domain name. Usually they do not have value without development.

However I can see you have a single end user from the Netherlands using https://www.totalmorepartyservice.nl/ .. If these guys are not interested in buying it.. You will have a hard time selling it. Maybe you can get a few hundreds bucks for it, but they look to be small and only aimed at their local market. So probably they wont want it. You can try though. Dont ask to much.
