As with any domain that contains the trademark of a company there is always a risk of action. Does Toyota protect their name fiercly? Are they lax in protecting the name? Do they allow some kind of fair use?
I've never seen any action with Toyota, but that doesn't mean anything. To answer your question exactly, you shouldn't have any problems selling it, the winner could have problems keeping it.
