Just a heads up victor...if you sell this you won't be able to do a change of registrant/registrar until Aug 8 2009 as it was reg'd on July 8 2009.
CIRA requires 30 days from reg date to do these.

Not a big deal but just thought I would mention it to save any grief or misunderstandings if you make a deal.
