do i need a trade mark on jerry of tom and jerry since they was a team?

You mean get a "jerry" trademark? Could you give an example, perhaps?

I don't know how much The Pips recorded without Gladys Knight, but I do know that Jerry Garcia's work apart from the Grateful Dead was pretty good.

[edit: And, of course, the 10/9/89 Hampton VA show was awesome.]

You don't need a trademark on anything, just avoid violating the trademarks of others and you should be fine.

You do need, however, to work on your grammar and communication skills, as your post makes no sense.
