I don't buy traffic domains, so parking revenue is insignificant. So, I I'm thinking it's just not worth the risk to have them parked, for risk of any potential trademark infringement someone might bring due to the ads on the parked page. (Even though I don't buy TM names, there is still risk when TM registrations occur after I've purchased a name, or sometimes a name is perceived as confusingly similar, etc).
So, I'm considering taking my portfolio off of Sedo parking. That part is pretty much a no-brainer as the revenue is not very high.
But my questions now revolve around the "for sale" statuses of the names.
1. Is having a domain name still listed at Sedo for sale "bad faith," even if the domain is not parked to a Sedo parking page?
2. If the domain name were to resolve to a page of my own that simply says this name may be for sale (no ads), is that bad faith?
3. If someone simply emails me asking if the domain name is for sale, and I reply that it could be, is that bad faith?
Thank you very much.
