I just bought the .TV variation of a very large company's .COM website and name. It's parked right now and I don't have any plans for it in the future.

I have absolutely no clue what this company (over $1B in net income) can or will do to me, nor what I should do with this domain.

So what can/will they do and what should I do with this domain?

Thanks for your help.

They will be so pleased at your registration of this domain name, they will send you a letter personally congratulating you.

If you play your cards right, you will eventually receive a document from a court, proposing that you enter into a substantial financial transaction with the company.

Citrus, Citrus, Citrus...I thought my exwife was a bit lacking in the intelligencia department, but this may well top her. A few um, DUMB, questions:

Why would you register such a name if not to directly profit from the big company's good name?

Why would you park it to make money off of the big company's good name?

Why would you purchase if it you didn't have any plans for it other than to profit from the big company's good name or try to sell it to them?

Why would you post your blatent cybersquatting on a public forum?

You seriously have no idea what this company will do to you if they find out?

You seriously have no idea what you should do with the domain?

Oh brother...

Oh brother...

Well, as documented on another thread, DNForum membership is evidence of cybersquatting. LOL.

Trading posts with John in DNForum creates an irrefutable presumption of squatting .... you are toast!

Naw... it's only a rebuttable presumption.

For a conclusive presumption, you have to post on Randazza's blog.
