Trademark the english letters of my domain name?

Let's say I OWN the domain name "beautiful.com". Can I trademark the english letters of a domain name as a brand name? So my brand is called "beautiful.com"? (without quotes)

e.g. I put "beautiful.com" on a T-shirt, in any font size, color, and I have no problem at all?
e.g. Whoever use the letters "beautiful.com" without my consent on their website, or link my domain in their website will infringe my rights? Because my brand name is called beautiful.com, and the domain I own is beautiful.com?
