Unresponsive is quickly becoming the KeyWord at Trafficz.

I sent them an email yesterday asking about the Ongoing problems with their site Stalling/Freezing your browser, which forces you to close your browser and re-open it just so you can log out.

I also mentioned that questions posted here about those problems did not appear to be responded to.

I have received No Response to that email.

Days and Days for a response from Trafficz, if you get one at all.
It's not Always...But, it is Most of the time.

A Repeated Pattern Of Unresponsiveness Or "Lack Of Communication" Would Seem Like A Very Good Way To Drive Customers To Your Competition.

I have had the "freezing page" syndrome too during the last couple of days, especially when trying to see the "top daily domains".

Not so much with the other links, although if it is frozen on the "top daily domains" this often prevents other trafficz.com links opening in separate windows. The solution there is to stop the the "top daily domains" page trying to open, and then I find the other pages (list domains, find domains) opens ok.

Those of you who have been with them for more than a year will probably remember the "keep logged on" feature which was great. I now have to keep logging on after a lapse of around 10 minutes.

I see that the trend is still to "downgrade" earnings, at least on some days. A couple of days ago I was showing around $125 for the day and the next day the figure was reduced to under $90.

Who was it that said that if there are going to be adjustments to projected earnings, this should always be up, not down? i.e. underestimate for the day rather than over estimate. (Maybe this is very difficult for them to do).

I agree that they should monitor the forums more closely and try to respond to the issues raised. This would be an efficient use of time I believe. Could someone at Trafficz.com be allocated to do this?

My guess is that part of it is growing pains - adjusting to increased business.

Dear valued TrafficZ clients,

We greatly apologize for any difficulties that you may be currently encountering with the TrafficZ site and emphatically apologize for any indication that TrafficZ has been unresponsive to its clients. In addition to addressing the concerns raised in this forum, our dedicated staff has been and will continue to be ever vigilant to our clients’ cares, concerns, and financial success. Please be assured that TrafficZ is currently working diligently to address each issue that may be faced by our clients and is committed to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.

These are very exciting times for TrafficZ and its clients as we are experiencing tremendous growth in the industry. We are extremely delighted with this telling indication that others in the industry are beginning to recognize what our valued clients have already come to know: TrafficZ provides its clients with unparalleled proprietary software which guarantees our clients’ portfolios are monetized to their full potential. Through this tremendous growth, we will be able to equip our clients with services and utilities that far surpass expectations. We are greatly looking forward to the T.R.A.F.F.I.C. domain conference where we will give the industry a glimpse of the innovations our clients will soon enjoy. We look very forward to seeing and speaking to each one of you there.

In order to serve you better and address certain issues, it will be necessary for us to operate in a few maintenance windows over the next couple of weeks. You will be notified in advanced of the scheduled maintenance windows via Dnforum and individual client accounts. Please be assured that every click and impression will be counted and no information will be lost during these occurrences. While these maintenance windows will be held during the most convenient and narrow times for our clients, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once again, we would like to thank you for honoring us with your patronage. Each and every TrafficZ client is a valued and treasured client. If you have any comments, questions or suggestions about this or any other matter, please feel free to contact us at any time. Have a great and profitable day.

Very truly yours,

The TrafficZ Team

It's not so much that you are unresponsive to us, it's that the damn site just freezes. Currently no links work at all. There's just the main static page showing today's "summary." Clicking anything (such as "top daily domains") just hangs the browser window (in Firefox).

Your proprietary software did'nt guarantee this clients’ portfolio was monetized to it's full potential. The proof is in my DS results. How about a little less marketing hype.
