I know that some registrars will not allow you to transfer away a domain for 60 or 90 days. Is there a list or chart somewhere that has a breakdown of the different registrars and the length of time they make you wait before transfering a domain away from them?

They all do, it's an ICANN rule not to be able to transfer a new registration away for the first 60 days.

At least one registrar, GoD@ddy, blocks transfers away for 60 days for making contact changes as well!

Ah, ok. I thought that might be the case.

Thanks.

A lot of registrars (most?) do allow you to transfer a domain to a different person during these 60 days though, commonly known in the trade as a "push".

With godaddy.com it's a "change of account" and done differently to a push.

Yes, however with regards to GoDaddy I am not referring to the 60-day period after a registration, but rather to the 60 days after ANY change of contacts. So even if the domain is 3 years old with GoDaddy, if the Admin contact changes you can't transfer it out to another registrar for the following 60 days.
