You'd have thought Enom would have their transfers in sorted by now. But nope. I just tried to transfer in many domains from several different registrars. Many of the transfers were cancelled by Enom and referred me back to the losing registrar even though the losing registrar had transferred the domain to them and a whois lookup showed a blank record at Enom.
What's going on, I ask. Their first response was to refer me to their knowledge base. When I complained for the second time (different transaction), I was told that the transfers were resubmitted and will be in my account in 12-24 hours (after 24-48 hour wait already). My third complaint (different transaction), I was told the same thing except they now acknowledge they have some known problems which they are dealing with.
How long have they been accepting transfers in? (rhetorical question). Why can't they just be upfront from the beginning? (rhetorical question).
