I think there is an NDA in place for the time being before they fill in detail with SEC. Mediaoptions brokered the deal.

I'm not sure they have to file this as they are currently private. Though, someone please correct me if I'm wrong here.

Could be. They are not a Domain investor or Brand marketer. They should not concern on their acquisition cost. imo
