travel portal

can anyone recommend a good site builder for a travel portal.

lets say i have samplecountry.com

and i want to allocate space for people to advertise and links etc.

is there a good piece of software that does this?

I personally like Wordpress. I use it all the time and I find it to be very versatile. It can be used to create blogs, forums, community sites, online magazines and more.
