There have always been questions surrounding the men.com sale. A piece of the puzzle was revealed today, when it was learned that the transaction also included dirtyjokes.com. Screenshot with the proof (from the buyer, KRL) at:

(that's from an adult webmaster board, so I didn't included a link -- anyone needs the link, just send a PM)
Thus, it's evident that a portfolio of names was included in the reported men.com transaction, with dirtyjokes.com being one of the known names (might be other elements to the transaction that we don't know about, yet). Given the Overture stats for dirtyjokes.com, and the fact that it was written into the deal, it's obviously a non-trivial element of the transaction which until now went undisclosed from all press releases, etc. It makes me wonder whether any other important omissions took place.
Like Roger Maris' home run record, this means an asterisk should be placed next to the men.com "sale", or reported to include a portfolio of other names (including dirtyjokes.com, for sure).
