Man, sorry, but the eager $0 appraisers here dropped the ball on these.
Gurushop.com is a good name for a tech support site or sales site. I think if you part with them for less than a couple hundred bucks you are doing yourself a serious disservice. This is a very solid, meaningful two word dot com name in a market that is ready made for Internet commercialization.
Hedonia.com is a great name for any site dealing with pleasures. With the famous Hedonism trips in the Carribean the term is especially familiar-sounding (with positive connotations) to many people. Not to mention all the various things that a pleasurable name could point to (bath gels, good food, travel, sex, etc.). I'd say this is at least a couple hundred dollars as well.
Both names also have the potential to go much higher as well. I'd think with even a minimal amount of effort they could be developed to many affiliate sites and start earning cash.
But if you have a buyer interested, and you like the money offered, go ahead and take it. It's hard to know when to hold and when to sell. At least this is someone showing interest, sometimes that takes a while even for really good names.
Good luck.
