Yes, this has been going on for quite some time now. A good warning shot for those going after blatant TM's.

I like how MS has taken the typo-squatting industry into thier own hands, and how odd it is that they mention Google as the main benifactor for most of these domains :\

It is sort of wierd. And when they list MS typos rather then going after them, it makes them look stupid

I guess adding Privacy to your domain would be a futile effort, right ?

Privacy is only good for passerby lookups, not from the registar companies. Say Enom requests the whois from Register.com, Register sents it to them. So the same with wipo. Wipo can request the real whois, and get it.
