Typos with Numbers in them

Does anyone have any success with typos that replace letters with numbers? For example, a 4 or a 5 in place of an r?

I see that even many top traffic sites have these available, which leads me to believe that they do not get clicks, but I would like to know if anyone is successful with these.

I would guess one of the most successful combos has to be the "0" instead of the "o"...? It's a double whammy - proximity and visual.
