UK Sentencing Guidelines a disgrace

Every day we hear of scum being given meagre sentences.
This joker was recommended to serve min. 15 years.
Often many others literally get away with murder & get far less.
This joker should be fried imo as the evidence is overwhelming .
Or buggered everyday of his natural by a prison inmate identical to John Coffee off the Green mile (awesome film btw)
Is sentencing this weak in the US, or would you deal with him adequately. Somehow i think you wouldn't be so lenient....
The joke is he got 'Life' LOL & was charged with attempted murder on 3 people & is a psychotic racist ??
Also guncrime is relatively rare in England. Most people have never seen a gun apart from Policemen at the airport etc

In contrast a young man from the area where i live was attacked by an asian caled white trash and bottle.. he had 19 stitches in his head the police did bugger all...

then the police need locking up & the cps . i'm sure there must have been more to it than that :yes:
i don't care what colour the offender is black white, orange, purple.
if they're violent, rascist or both. they need shutting off from humanity for LONG periods
