Doesn't make sense to me.
Is that a domain that you would actually be willing to develop, because I don't see why someone would want it. There must be plenty of alternatives available.

Agreed, unemployment levels in India are off the charts, only market would be Indians who would check this, and why would they? The term, and extension do not fit.
