Urgent! Cannot Post On Appraisals

Something is wrong- I try to post the following on appraisals but it wont accept it. Each time I click submit I get the message that I must enter the domain name in the title and I do enter it-So what is going on?? please help

I,m relatively inexperienced at this and have 1 bid on this name but I,m scared to undersell. Please advice me what the approximate value is now and if I should hold on to it a bit longer.
