URGENT: Where renewing Opensrs domains ???

We were Opensrs resellers with a small number of customers who purchased domains directly by us; now it's time to renew but, how and where can they do that ?

Please, help because we've never installed their API so, can they renew through a diff. reseller ? How ?
You can have these customers for free (2-3 people remaining, all others have moved out).

Yes Gregr, the point was avoiding to fill the account with new funds considering we're not using it at the moment.
I'd prefer giving them a link to renew through someone else .... uhm, not possible I'm afraid, correct ?

Yes nameslave, we registered some names manually through our reseller account one year ago, then sold them to diff. customers.
