Hi all...
Well, I guess I'm a newbie to purposely getting domain names only to sell them again, even if I'm over the years have registered a number of domains for the purpose of developing them, but in the end sold them... Some I have sold when interested parties has contacted me regarding a domain I happen to own, some I have dropped, some I still own.
First domain I sold was 1999, and I don't understand, now, how I (especially back then) could get $3,000 for it... it was the domain of my first internet based business, a web hosting reseller business. (And I didn't sell the business, just the domain name.)
I don't consider myself a domainer, and the domains I get I'm usually set on keeping long-term, until the right buyer emerges or I develop them myself.
My main business now is a couple of Usenet Newsgroups sites, Usenet-News.net and Ngroups.NET. As domain names no value, but the business is booming...
