Good question. I Presume you're questioning whether AOL could cause problems. Although AOL has prevailed in virtually all of its domain disputes over domains incorporating "AOL," I don't believe it has a lock on "US" or "online." But, of course, I can not predict whether AOL or some other party would challenge this name.

Nawww... he's asking whether the publishers of Us magazine would assert that it would be confused as an online publication of theirs...

I know, let's make a big list of potentially teed off trademark owners and then send them letters asking whether they are.
