same value as the .ca if you own the only prov. ext but if other owns other extenision, the value is close to zero.
If I own bob.bc.ca and you own bob.ab.ca, you and I can't own bob.ca without each other's permission. The one who is willing to pay the other the most will get it. No body wants to give the permission to own the .ca even thought they have been using the prov for years.
Really this is a major flaw in the .ca world. Makes no sence that you need the other ext owner to register the .ca, it's a poor attemp to fix how .ca started.
