The .com has been taken since 1999. There are many uses of laser technology, typically for skin treatments and lasik surgery.
Many such practices exist throughout the Vancouver area.
Highest offer received to date is $100.
Full disclosure: The owner of the .com has already been contacted, as well as one other practice in the vancouver area. This would likely eliminate them as end-users, though plenty remain, as a google search indicates: http://www.google.ca/search?aq=f&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=vancouver+laser
I do understand this affects the name's value. Though I take pride in being 100% transparent, and will disclose where disclosures ought to be made.
BIN price of $199, will consider close offers. Reduced to $75. FINAL drop to $35!
