Thanks, but I believe an upgrade is cheaper for those with vB4 already. However, did you find information on this coupon if they give $25 off on upgrades as well? (just waiting for bugs to be kinked out and see if it's a necessary upgrade at this time, I didn't like CMS at first... but we'll see on vB5 Connect).

Will keep this just in case I need another license though and if it's still valid a month or two down the road.

Yes, for upgrading, it's cheaper, but I am not sure whether the coupon works or not.
