Vbulletin question

Will someone let me know how to change the top left image that says "Vbulletin" on the forum?

Does it have to be in .xml format?

Where do i go to change it and if need be how do i change it to .xml format?

It looks like it's .gif file.

You sure can.
I think DNForum is using vBulletin.
See top left corner.
Simplest way to do this is create your own logo, name it same as default name, "vbulletin3_logo_white.gif", or what ever default name it is and replace logo that came with forum script.

Also, does the vbulletin have different skins in the program or no?

I don't think so.
There are many places that you can buy custom skins
