Why would not just hand them over. It was obvious. I has some TM problems with some names I bought to use for a companies affiliate program. They *****ed and whined, which really is unfair since I bought them to use them to promote and they did not have the insight to do so. But when it came down to it I just gave it to them. You can't win a clear trademark violation case.

OnlineNic is nowhere to be found.
Seems even members here on DNF that have names there are having a hard time getting hold of somebody.

These names were where behind a "double shell" company (I use that term loosely).

They knew they were wrong now they are running. That's a lot of money...

Yup Verizon shut down the 6 or 7 sites I had related to the google phone and them. Big rookie mistake.
Do not mess with them! Run away!

It goes to show how hard the decision can be when you don't even show up for the procedings.
