Thought some might appreciate this quote from a WIPO decision that just came down, holding that the fact that the Complainant failed to renew the domain name is a factor that bolsters the Respondent's legitimate interest.
"There is also, in the Respondentââ¬â¢s favour, the inference to be drawn from the Complainantââ¬â¢s failure to renew registration. This common name became available to whomsoever became lucky enough to buy it. "
