Wanted: Service Vertical PLS

I have vBulletin and messages are all horizontal. how do i make it vertical so infos is on the left instead of the top like DNF.

Ive done it before, but i've searched for like 4325 hours and I can't find it.

(I Know its somewhere in Settings)

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings >Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template -- choose YES
