Video / youtube script needed

I need a script that allows me to capture youtube videos or one that allows people to upload their own. Thanks!

"Capture" as in not hosted on YouTube but taken from Youtube and stored on your server?? Or a YouTube site clone?

Looking at options, pros and cons. Best for SEO etc. Someway to easily grab specific topic / niche videos
