My father-in-law owns Virginian.com and has for several years. He bought it to use for his dumpbody business but he never really has. He now wants to sell the domain and is getting me to do that for him but I think if we developed it we would be better off. I don't think he will get much for it by just selling, he is expecting something around $20,000, which I don't think he'll get.

If you had the domain and lived in Virginia what would you do with it. Sell it or develop. If you were to develop it what would you develop it into, I have though about a real estate site but I don't know.

To me a newspaper comes to mind, so a news site for Virginians would be a possibility...

Do you have it listed for sale anywhere like Sedo? or here??

Yea, I have it on Sedo but not here. I haven't got a single offer yet though. I don't know what to do.
