Too Many TM Issues. Put up a forum site quick. I learned the hard way with Porsche, beacuse they go after everything. You can't even list a Porsche domain on Sedo. The two (both Porsche and Volks) are affiliated as they share engines in common, so there is very little if any value.

As far as I know VW are very strict when it comes to their TM.

This is a very hot potato - worth minus figures due to all the aggro you might get from it.

I will have to do due diligence; however volkswagens.com is in use and doesn't seem to have been coopted by corporation. As well volkswagens.nl (netherlands) is in use privately as well.

That maybe the case Rowinna but that doesn't mean they won't come for you! Just be careful.
