Grabbed this one a couple days ago and put a quick site on it. I really like the name. Yes, it's a "v" name, but in this case, I think it fits well for "virtual". There's just an affiliate site on recipes.com, so no competition there.

On the site, I put up a huge directory of recipes and related websites, and set up an autoresponder that will send out a new recipe every day. I'll be including an affiliate link in each email that will hopefully bring in some $$$. No members yet, but I should have at least 20+ in a month.

Since it's developed, what do you think it's worth?

not bad.
I know that "v" names don't hold much value.
But this doesn't sound too bad, and the fact that it's developed it great.
