Is the 5 to 15 minutes it takes as the domain sits on "pending unlock" a ploy to make you not bother transferring domains out? As if their bloated website isn't enough.

:upset:

Yep, it's annoying.

Sometimes I get a domain which I need to:

Lock
Change to not auto-renew
Update name servers
Update contact information
Add to a folder

It takes... a-g-e-s..

20 minutes... and no I don't have anything else to do. I am waiting on this list domain before I submit a bulk transfer in order to a decent registrar - Moniker.

I can't even relock it while I wait "An update is being processed for the selected domain. You will be able to change domain locking when this processing is done. Please try again later."

Seriously, what a POS system.

I just gave up and submitted the domain anyway (I was waiting to get the auth codes after the unlock). I will sort out the correct code with Moniker later.

$*%& that was frustrating.

Geez... I've never had an issue with that... usually takes less then a minute. I just refresh the page once or twice.
