Waiting for the auth code regarding a transfer out

I started a transfer out about an hour ago and I m still waiting for the auth code email to arrive.
Is there anything I can do about it?

Contacted support via email and their twitter account but no replies.

Moniker auth codes, usually comes within seconds, I will try a practice test for you in my account.

Worked out, must be your email, automatic as always.

Check the status - I had one earlier in the week that was "stuck" with the registry (huh?). It took them a few days but they got it fixed.

I got a failure email saying it was locked(even though it wasn't) and in Moniker the failed xfer said there was no response from the registry.

& if you can, call their support.

@airmax I ve checked my gmail spam folder before starting this topic, no luck.

**EDIT**
I checked my spam folder once more and I finally got the auth codes hidden in there.
