There are many popular freebie forums out there. Personally, I wouldn't dedicate any of my time on creating one since it would be hard to sqeeze any money out of it.

Forums are already notoriously hard to make money with... no one interested in making money needs need to look into running a forum where all the posters are cheapskates! :)

I owned BargainTrips.com (obviously nice) and I couldn't sell it for the life of me!! I should have posted it here for $50. I finally just let it go and UltSearch swooped in.

I visit www.fatwallet.com/forums/ from time to time looking for bargains.

You could develop the domain into something similiar, but don't expect high ROI. My appraisal $55
