I am looking for a partner to join my existing business. The Business is based within real estate but is not a home selling business. It is within its own Niche market and last year generated over £5k.
Recently a server error caused a crash to the database and backup and the site is no longer fully functional. This is causing a great loss of income and this is where you come in. The website was always just OK but never eye catching, nor was it able to ever reach the potential due to my limited programming / design ability. With the right help it really is a viable, stable business (Part of it is subscription based and therefore means profits year on year, growing each year)
My role within the business is sales, that side has always been successful and I am now looking for someone who is dedicated (ie doesnt have other projects that will take up time) to join and partner as the Technical Director.
This person must have Brilliant Design skills, along with the ability to create website backends. They should also have a long history of either freelance or working for a company that can be checked out.
I would prefare the person to live in the UK but i am flexible.
I will discuss in private what the website is and what the offer of partnership will involve (ie, the cut %).
