Looking for a competent programmer who can do things quickly and for good prices. I have many projects lined up and looking for someone ready to work.

I am looking for someone who is a straight up guy that has good communication skills as well as very good programming skills. Not looking for anyone looking to waste time or an incompetent programmer.

Skills:
-PHP/MySQL
-Should be familiar with CURL, GDLIB, and OOP
-Javascript not required but is an asset

I don't have a fixed rate. I pay on a per project basis. And eliteworx, like I said before, I am looking for freelance programmers I can work with directly as opposed to outsourcing, thank you.
